VIR Customer Loyalty Programme
Very Important Rebels is a customer loyalty system. It runs from October 2021 and is firmly linked to our customer cards.
How does it work?
When you buy a card in any of our cafes, you load any amount of money onto it and then use it as a payment card with us.
You'll get a 10% bonus every time you load over 500 CZK. So you charge, for example, 1,000 CZK and we'll credit your card with a total of 1,100 CZK.
You get an additional bonus of CZK 100 when you register your card in the VIR programme here.
Why is it worth registering your card and becoming a Very Important Rebel?
There are plenty of other benefits waiting for you when you register with VIR. We're already emailing all registrants a gift 2 days before their birthday, and we're thinking about other holidays and important days too - like Valentine's Day.
After every purchase, we'll send you a statement with information about the credit balance on your card.
If you should unfortunately lose your card, we'll issue you a new one with no problem and you won't lose a penny.
